Germany – Forklift trucks, works trucks, railway-station platforms tractors – Rahmenvertrag für Beschaffung und Service von Gabelstaplern/Flurförderfahrzeugen

EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG intends to conclude two framework agreements for the delivery and provision (Lot 1) as well as maintenance and service (Lot 2) for industrial trucks and forklifts of various vehicle classes including accessories and attachments. The provision of the vehicles will be in the purchase or rental model, depending on the area of use, and optionally with a purchase option at the end of the contract. The scope of services also includes maintenance, spare parts supply, fault clearance and, if necessary, the provision of replacement vehicles to ensure operational availability. The contract duration is planned from 01.04.2027 to 31.03.2031, with optional extension possibilities.
