Romania – Natural gas – Acord-cadru furnizare gaze naturale - 5 luni

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with 1 (one) economic operator. Subsequent contracts are awarded without reopening competition. Duration of the framework agreement: 5 months. The details of the products are presented in the Tender Dossier. After the publication of the participation notice, economic operators can address requests for clarification in the section Procedure Details/Request for Clarification/Questions/Communications. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro). Responses to requests for clarification are made in accordance with art. 160-161 of Law no. 98/2016. The number of days until which clarifications or information regarding the award documentation can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification of economic operators/information in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
