Poland – Snow-clearing services – Świadczenie usług w zakresie zimowego utrzymania na terenie miasta Krakowa z podziałem na części

1. Scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the winter maintenance of roads, pavements, cycle paths, bus and tram stops, parking lots, squares, bus loops, engineering structures and intra-settlement areas in the city of Krakow, which has been divided into two maintenance areas and three maintenance regions. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (for the respective parts) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The GPS report templates are contained in Annex No. 2a) - 2f) to the SWZ. 2. Place of service provision: The area where the Contractor will be obliged to provide the subject service (for the respective parts) includes: - for part 1 (task 1) covering the I maintenance area - Annex No. 1 a) to the SWZ; - for part 2 (task 2) covering the II maintenance area - Annex No. 1 b) to the SWZ; - for part 3 (task 3) covering the 1 maintenance region - Annex No. 1 c) to the SWZ; - for part 4 (task 4) covering the 2 maintenance region - Annex No. 1 d) to the SWZ; - for part 5 (task 5) covering the 3 maintenance region - Annex No. 1 e) to the SWZ. 3. Division of the subject of the contract into parts: The Purchaser allows the submission of partial offers for individual parts (tasks) with the reservation that the Contractor may submit an offer for only one part (task). The above also applies to contractors jointly applying for the contract, which means that the Purchaser does not allow one entity to submit an offer independently or as a member of a consortium for more than one part (task). 4. Key tasks: The Purchaser, in accordance with Article 134(2)(17) of the Pzp Act, reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. By key tasks, as mentioned in the previous sentence, the Purchaser means the implementation of the scope of services using: - grinders; - units for maintaining pavements; - teams for maintaining engineering structures; - units for maintaining roads; - teams for maintaining intra-settlement areas; - teams for maintaining pavements in the paid parking zone, with the exception of: • teams for maintaining stops; • teams for snow removal. 5. Employment under an employment contract: The Purchaser requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons driving vehicles under an employment contract. The Purchaser will verify the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor during the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the rules specified in the contract project constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6. Contract execution period: from 15 October 2026 to 15 April 2027 – with the reservation of the provisions contained in the contract project constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7. Information on anticipated contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, if the Purchaser anticipates such contracts: The Purchaser anticipates the possibility of awarding a contract, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, in the event of awarding, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the main contract, to the current Service Provider, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, if such a contract was anticipated in the contract notice for the main contract and is consistent with its subject matter and the total value of this contract does not exceed 100% of the value of the main contract (for the respective parts).
