- Exterior joinery works: removal of existing joinery (103 items), steel windows (236 items), aluminium windows (4 items), external metal doors (12 items), glazing for walkway (75m2), window framing (11 items). - Metal cladding works: thermal facade insulation works (466m2), metal mesh facade substructure and cladding (480 m2). - Locksmithing works: interior handrail, staircase handrail and compliance (133 m), exterior handrail and handrail (38m), covering and finishing framework for walkway works (40 m2). The duration of the works is 250 working days, to be started in the 2nd semester of 2027. The works are awarded at unit prices.
