The contract will be executed in an administrative building located in Sofia, at 125 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., Block 5. The building is five-storey with basement premises. The premises where the Agency for Public Procurement (APPO) is located and which are subject to cleaning and hygiene are on the first floor, part of the second floor, part of the third floor and one premise on the fifth floor of the building. The total area of the premises used by APPO is 2,034.09 sq.m. The public procurement contract includes the cleaning and hygiene of 49 offices (including 3 director's offices and 1 reception/meeting room), 4 storage rooms, 3 sanitary facilities (including 7 toilets), 3 corridors, 3 foyers, a staircase and an archive in the basement with an area of 360 sq.m. The floor covering in the offices and meeting rooms is parquet or laminate – total area: 1,159.09 sq. m; The floor covering in the corridors and staircases is mosaic – total area: 465 sq. m; The floor covering in the sanitary facilities is terracotta – total area: 50 sq. m; The windows in all premises have a total area of 222.63 sq. m. The service execution period is from 04.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. TYPES OF ACTIVITIES THAT THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD PERFORM: DAILY HYGIENE ACTIVITIES: 1. Washing and disinfecting sanitary facilities – toilets, sinks, mirrors, sanitary fittings, floor, walls, doors, sanitary porcelain, sanitary accessories (dispensers, brushes and brush holders for WC); 2. Disposal of waste from sanitary facilities – twice a day, one of which in the time frame 12:00 – 14:00; 3. Washing and wiping hard floor coverings in offices; 4. Washing and wiping staircases, foyers and corridors; 5. Cleaning wastepaper baskets in offices of litter and disposal of waste; 6. Replenishing sanitary facilities with consumables (three-ply toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap) for each toilet – twice a day, one of which in the time frame 12:00 – 14:00. Activities under points 3 and 4 also include cleaning required in case of unexpected contamination or on special occasions as indicated by the client. MONTHLY (PERIODIC) ACTIVITIES: 1. Cleaning of storage and archive rooms – once a month; 2. Cleaning of a refrigerator (1 unit) in room No. 10 – once a month (every last Friday of the month); MAIN CLEANING ACTIVITIES: 1. Washing of windows in offices and service rooms, including cash desks and partitions, glass and partition walls – four times during the contract period; 2. Washing of curtains – twice during the contract period; 3. Washing of windows in common areas (entrances, foyers, staircases, etc.) - four times during the contract period; 4. Washing of doors – four times during the contract period. ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES: Snow and ice cleaning in front of the building entrance, as well as spreading of salt, anti-ice and other anti-freezing agents – twice during the contract period (each time for a period of one month), according to a schedule provided by the client. All products and consumables for the comprehensive cleaning of the premises are at the contractor's expense. These must be compatible with the existing accessories in the building. MAIN PRODUCTS FOR CONTRACT EXECUTION: 1. Cleaning agent for hard floor coverings, including parquet; 2. Cleaning agent for all sanitary fittings; 3. Window cleaning agent; 4. WC cleaning agent. 5. Liquid toilet soap; 6. Three-ply white toilet paper; 7. Waste bags with dimensions: 53/60 - 35 l. and 80/100 – 35 l.; 8. Paper towels 9. WC air fresheners (in a basket or equivalent method for attachment/ application).
