II.1.4) Short description: The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for services for each of the 5 lots: Lot 2 - Voluntary CASCO type insurance services – Unit 1; Lot 3 - Voluntary CASCO type insurance services – Unit 2; Lot 4 - Voluntary CASCO type insurance services Unit 3; Lot 5 - Voluntary CASCO type insurance services for special cars; Lot 6 - Voluntary CASCO type insurance services for special vehicles. The framework agreement is concluded with 1 (one) single economic operator for each lot, without reopening the competition. Duration of the framework agreement: 12 months. Subsequent contracts are awarded without reopening the competition. The services are detailed in the Technical Specifications. After the publication of the participation notice, economic operators can submit requests for clarification in the Procedure details/Request for clarification/Questions/Communications section. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro). Responses to requests for clarification are made in accordance with art. 160-161 of Law no. 98/2016. The number of days within which clarifications or information related to the award documentation can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification of economic operators/information within the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Estimated value (RON, without VAT) of the framework agreement: minimum 190,100.00 / maximum 2,255,868.00. Estimated frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded: it is estimated that at least one subsequent contract will be awarded for each lot. Estimated quantities for the framework agreement: Lot 2 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services Unit 1 – minimum 1 car, maximum 99 cars; Lot 3 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services Unit 2 – minimum 1 car, maximum 119; Lot 4 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services Unit 3 – minimum 1 car, maximum 74; Lot 5 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services for special cars – minimum 1 car, maximum 2; Lot 6 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services for special vehicles – minimum 1 car, maximum 7. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement: Lot 2 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services Unit 1 – minimum 1 car, maximum 78 cars; Lot 3 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services Unit 2 – minimum 1 car, maximum 74; Lot 4 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services Unit 3 – minimum 1 car, maximum 73; Lot 5 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services for special cars – minimum 1 car, maximum 1; Lot 6 – Voluntary CASCO type insurance services for special vehicles – minimum 1 car, maximum 6.
