The service to be contracted will include, at a minimum: the preparation of prescribed menus; the adaptation of menus to various special diets; the individual packaging of foods; the complete labelling of each package; the refrigerated storage of foods; transport by authorised refrigerated vehicles; delivery to the home of the user or the person expressly authorised to receive it; the necessary information for the correct storage and regeneration of foods; and the monitoring of the proper provision of the service and the communication of any incidents detected.
