Hungary – Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations – Kazán- és fűtéskarbantartási feladatok BGE

Contract Value: The contract is established up to a net amount of 80,000,000 Ft + VAT. The Purchaser commits to ensuring orders of at least 70% of this amount. Operational, Procedural and Warranty Requirements

A) Operational and Repair Procedures

• Operational Visits: Weekdays, 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) between 7:00 and 9:00 (before 7:30 in educational areas).

• Assignment of Ad Hoc Tasks: Based on written orders issued by the Purchaser. The Contractor must provide written expert information and estimated working hours.

• Personnel Requirements: Work may only be carried out by qualified personnel. Special provision: Only installers with the relevant HR (H-I category) or equivalent certification may carry out assembly work involving refrigerants/air conditioning gases in accordance with the relevant legislation.

• Cleaning and Work Area: The Contractor is responsible for keeping adjacent areas clean and for cleaning up after daily work (failure to do so may result in the Purchaser having the Contractor clean up at the Contractor's expense).

B) Response, Measurement and Repair Deadlines

• In Case of a Fault:

o Response / On-Site Attendance: Within 2 hours.

o Temporary Fault Rectification: Within 4 hours.

o Permanent Fault Rectification: Within 2 working days.

• For Other (Normal) Faults:

o On-Site Measurement and Quotation: Within 2 working days.

o Completion of Repair: Within 15 working days from order.

Comfort Requirements (Based on MSZ CR 1752:2000)

The following internal parameters are required during operation (at least category "B" must be met):

• Lecture Halls, Classrooms, Offices:

o Winter: 22,0 ± 1,0 °C (A) / ± 2,0 °C (B) / ± 3,0 °C (C).

o Summer: 24,5 ± 0,5–1,0 °C (A) / ± 1,5 °C (B) / ± 2,5 °C (C).

o Maximum Air Velocity in Winter: 0,15–0,21 m/s; Noise Level: 30–40 dB(A).

• Corridors, Washrooms: Winter 18,0 ± 2,0 °C, Air Velocity 0,5 m/s, Maximum Noise Level 50 dB(A).

• Server Rooms: Winter 22,0 ± 2,0 °C, Summer 24,5 ± 1,5 °C.

• Berzsenyi Campus: FÉG-Vestale boiler group, steel pipe network, panel radiators and NGBS surface heating.

• Lengyel Gyula College: 2 Viessmann roof boilers, distributor-collector, panel and cast-iron radiators.

• Buzogány Street Complex: New (2024) 8 x 150 kW = 1200 kW Gassero Walcon Xtreme condensing boiler plant, pressure maintenance system, twin-column water softener, >600 radiators, 81 fan-coils, air handlers, HMV storage units.

• Bagolyvár College and Unizone: Gassero boilers, heat pump, VRF and air conditioning systems, radiator, underfloor heating and comfort air handling circuits.

• Markó Street Building: 2 Buderus Logano GE 615 roof boilers, cast-iron/panel radiators, underfloor heating in the auditorium, fan-coils.

• Alkotmány Street Building: 2 Remeha Gas 610 Eco (1062 kW) condensing boilers, 1000 l HMV storage, radiators, underfloor heating, fan-coils.

Pumps---Porting, Inspection of Damage/Cracks, Rotation Direction, Noise, Lubrication, Test Run---4 Times a Year / Every 6 Months

Air Filters---Cleaning of Filter Inserts, Electrical Connections, Fans, Ventilation---Filters: Operation-Dependent; Others: Annually

Fan-Coils---Cleaning/Replacement of Filters, Cleaning of Drip Tray and Condensate Pipe, Disinfection, Ventilation---Every 6 Months
