Finland – Air quality management – Sisäilman olosuhdeseurantajärjestelmä ja olosuhdeseurantapalvelu

The objective of the procurement is to implement a real-time indoor air quality monitoring system for OSAO's educational facilities, as well as related expert services. The contract includes a cloud service (SaaS) for environmental data, expert analysis, and the option to procure IoT-based indoor air quality measuring devices. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas: - Sub-area 1. Indoor air quality monitoring system and monitoring service - Sub-area 2. Measuring devices. One (1) supplier will be selected for both sub-areas. The indoor air quality monitoring system will be taken into use in the first phase at the Kontinkangas site, but the use of the monitoring system can be extended to other sites later. OSAO has existing measuring devices at the Kontinkangas site, but if indoor air quality monitoring is extended to other sites, additional measuring devices can be procured within the framework of this contract. The procured services will be used at OSAO's sites. OSAO is not committed to predefined procurement quantities, and the volumes of individual deliveries may vary according to the current needs of the sites. The tenderer must take into account when submitting a tender that the purchaser is not committed to purchasing the system or the service for all properties (targets) and that measuring devices are only procured as needed.
