1. The subject of the procedure is to determine the conditions for cooperation that can be granted during the period of validity of the framework agreement for the provision of waste transport services between the locations indicated by the Purchaser, implemented on the basis of performance contracts. 2. The subject of the procedure includes the performance by the Contractor of the following activities: a) Providing transport means to the location indicated by the Purchaser b) Accepting waste c) Transporting the load to the location indicated by the Purchaser d) Unloading the load 3. As part of the subject of the procedure, 397 500 km is envisaged for implementation. 4. The waste referred to in paragraph 1 are: a) Waste generated/processed in waste processing plants b) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste c) Selectively collected waste d) Other waste accepted within the scope of the administrative decisions held in the field of waste management. 5. The subject of the procedure, implemented on the basis of a framework agreement and a performance contract, must meet the requirements specified in the Contractor's offer and the SWZ. 6. The implementation of the subject of the procedure will take place on a continuous basis from Monday to Friday, according to the current demand of the Purchaser. Work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is also permitted, provided that the Contractor is informed in advance.
