The subject of the current public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the repair and maintenance (R&M) of the "Repair of the building of the Customs Office of the Port of Sofia (COSP) in the port terminal "Ferry Complex Varna". The repair of the building includes the complete renovation of the flat roofs on floors 6 and 7, the restoration of the slopes for water drainage, new hydro-insulation coating, new cladding and gutters made of galvanized lamella. New external watertight doors (exits) on the roof. Complete sealing of floor 7 with cement screeds. Complete restoration of the facade of floor 7. Replacement of broken glass in the aluminium and wooden framework. Partial restoration of the facades - removal of blistered plaster, plastering and painting. Sealing of the existing framework. Partial repair of rooms, corridor and sanitary facilities with replacement of frames and doors.
