Within the remit of the Universitätsmedizin Greifswald (UMG), the new construction of the University Pharmacy is to take place, including the connection to the existing AWT tunnels (AWT = Automatic Goods Transport) and to the existing pneumatic tube system. The planned location is in Ferdinand-Sauerbruch-Straße in Greifswald on the Berthold-Beitz-Platz campus of the Universitätsmedizin Greifswald. The basis for the development of the EW-Bau is the planning assignment of the Ministry of Finance M-V from 02.10.2024. The usable floor area is recognised as NUF ca. 3,006 m². The achievement of the BNB Silver Standard (at least 65% fulfilment) according to the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB), variant Laboratory Building (version 2020), must be ensured.
