Germany – Fire-brigade and rescue services – Auswahlverfahren zu Stationierung und Betrieb eines Rettungswagens (RTW) am Standort Weiden

The ZRF Oberpfalz-Nord intends to award a service concession for the operation of an additional RTW at the location of Weiden, for the period from 01.10.2027 to 30.09.2037. A public law contract will be concluded with the selected bidder or consortium of bidders. The subject matter of the contract is the provision and operation of an RTW and the transport of emergency patients or sick, injured or otherwise needy persons who are not emergency patients, by appropriately trained personnel, on the instructions of the Integrated Control Centre and, in principle, regardless of the boundaries of the rescue service area. The rescue services to be awarded are the subject of a service concession (see Art. 13 para. 1 sentence 1 BayRDG).
