Tendering for the commercial contract framework for the procurement of natural gas and electricity from the competitive market for the authorized consumption sites of real estate managed and operated by the Inviting Entity. The conditions for the change of supplier are ensured in all cases of use. If the change of supplier does not take place at any of the places of use by the start of the contract period, this does not affect the contractual quantity. The additional payment obligation arising from the energy efficiency obligation system introduced by the amendment to the Act LVII of 2015 on Energy Efficiency, resulting from the energy consumption of the Inviting Entity/User and burdening the tenderer, the tenderer may enforce against the Inviting Entity, the proportional share falling to the user(s), in the case of a separate, express legal authorization.
