The contract, the terms of which are set out in this tender documentation, aims to rent, assemble and disassemble wooden chalets; manage equipment/assembly-disassembly-transport; rent and install sound systems; rent and install lighting; assemble and disassemble decorations and lighting; rent various structures; and set up various small items for the needs of the Christmas markets of the City of Luxembourg, concluded for the duration of the Christmas markets and animations of the City of Luxembourg, namely from 20 November 2026 until 3 January 2027 (assembly and disassembly periods not included). The successful tenderer is responsible for carrying out the services in accordance with this tender documentation and in accordance with the methods, timelines and plans, as listed in the schedules and in accordance with the preliminary timetable and quantities.
