1. The subject of the public procurement is the services of "Maintaining order and cleanliness on streets, squares, and pavements along with the adjacent urban greenery located in the road lanes of the City of Kutno, as well as maintaining order, cleanliness, greenery, and small architectural elements and emptying bins on the premises of the City Office Kutno". 2. The scope of the procurement includes: 1) Part I of the procurement – Maintaining order and cleanliness and emptying street bins in the city of Kutno in the area of “CENTRUM”; 2) Part II of the procurement – Maintaining order and cleanliness in the area of “CITY AREAS”; 3) Part III of the procurement – Winter maintenance of pavements not included in the permanent maintenance area; 4) Part IV of the procurement – Maintaining order and cleanliness on the industrial district areas of the city of Kutno along with mowing green areas; 5) Part V of the procurement – Emptying street bins not included in the permanent maintenance area as well as bins for dog waste; 6) Part VI of the procurement – Maintaining order and cleanliness on the premises of bus stops along with maintaining bus stop shelters; 7) Part VII of the procurement – Maintaining order, cleanliness, greenery, and small architectural elements and emptying bins on the premises of the City Office Kutno. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement for Parts I - VII results from Annex No. 1 to the SWZ/agreement. Annex No. 1 to the agreement is an integral part of it.
