Creation of a dynamic purchasing system for "Cleaning of central and other facilities (BKV Zrt. TD-302/25). The performance of cleaning and hygiene tasks for the central and other facilities operated and maintained by the contracting authority during the validity of the dynamic purchasing system (DBR) shall be carried out in accordance with the details of the invitation to tender(s) sent during the DBR period. The contracting authority, at the time of initiating the procedure, requests the provision of the above services at the locations determined in the item list issued as part of the procurement documents. The list is for information purposes only, and the contracting authority reserves the right to change its content during the DBR period. Within the framework of the contract(s) to be concluded within the DBR, the contracting authority may typically request the following services: a) regular cleaning services (daily/weekly/monthly tasks), b) non-regular, optional cleaning services - ad-hoc cleaning services (other cleaning tasks necessary for unforeseen reasons), - disinfection cleaning (offices, sites, warehouses, boiler houses, depots, etc.), - other, supplementary services (refilling liquid soap, refilling toilet paper, curtain cleaning, etc.). The contracting authority, in the course of implementing the DBR, shall, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, provide the participating economic operators with the detailed technical description and contractual conditions relating to the specific public procurements to be implemented within the system simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender. The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). The general requirements for the performance of the individual cleaning services are set out in the technical description issued in the invitation to tender section, which is part of the procurement documents, as well as in the draft contract.
