1. Area of work: 1.1. The solid paved surfaces of public spaces exposed to significant pedestrian traffic (an average of 15-20 thousand people per day) in the area of the Parliament Building and its surroundings, as part of the highlighted national monument site, covering a total area of 58,257 m2: a) 1055 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos tér and the former Antall József embankment, the steps and outdoor forecourts of the Visitor Centre, the 1956 memorial site under Kossuth Lajos tér and the steps of the Stone Storehouse, the ramp of the Országház Underground Garage leading to Balassi Bálint Street and the steps leading from Kossuth Lajos tér to the embankment, with a total solid paved surface area of 50,693 m2, of which • the area of the former Antall József embankment not affecting the roadway is 5,880 m2, • the area of the tram tracks and the platforms at Kossuth Lajos tér, forming an organic whole with the decorative paving of Kossuth Lajos tér, is 5,842 m2, • the steps and outdoor forecourts of the Visitor Centre are 631 m2 in size b) solid paved surfaces of Vértanúk tere (2,919 m2), c) solid paved surfaces of the Összetartozás Memorial Site (3,005 m2), d) areas of Kossuth Lajos tér's northern and southern plaza covered with stone carpet (1,640 m2), 1.2. the granite edgings bordering the green areas over an area of 2,121 fm (on Kossuth Lajos tér: 1,752 fm, on Vértanúk tere: 148 fm, on the area of the Összetartozás Memorial Site: 221 fm), 1.3. the bases of the 5 statues located on Kossuth Lajos tér (Kossuth Lajos statue group, Tisza István memorial, Andrássy Gyula statue, II. Rákóczi Ferenc statue, József Attila statue). The most characteristic cleaning tasks: • emptying waste bins, collecting and removing waste, • sweeping and mechanical washing of pavements, • wiping street furniture, • high-pressure washing of granite edgings bordering green areas, • continuous removal of irregularly placed posters, wall stickers, graffiti, • elimination of dirt accumulated during the day, performance of cleaning tasks, manual collection of piece and dust-like dirt, ensuring continuous availability, • washing waste bins monthly and disinfecting them at least twice during the contract period, • snow removal, de-icing and anti-slip services on solid pavements as needed, and cooling in case of heatwave, • cleaning and disinfection work after possible flood or storm damage. The service does not cover the following areas and activities: - manual work to be carried out by hand in the security area fenced off with a chain in the immediate vicinity of the Parliament Building on Kossuth tér (but the contractor must carry out the mechanical work at the request of the client), - the green areas of the square, - the water basin, - the roadway of the former Antall József embankment, - the cleaning tasks of the property owners in Kossuth tér, - the cleaning tasks of the property owners adjacent to the Összetartozás Memorial Site located at the end of Alkotmány utca facing Kossuth tér, and Vértanúk tere. In the case of the activity defined in point 1.1. of section II.1.4 ("Description of the procurement") 58,257 m2, in the case of the activity defined in point 1.2. 2,121 fm, in the case of the activity defined in point 1.3. 5 units.
