Netherlands – Traffic control services – Verkeersmaatregelen

The intention is that this framework contractor will be responsible for all traffic measures in the broadest sense of the word (unless otherwise agreed) for, among other things: • The implementation of all traffic measures for works in and around infrastructure, with the exception of the work section (work section closure remains part of the scope of the executing contractor of the works); • The supply of standard traffic measures according to CROW 96B; • The supply of traffic measures for events; • The supply of traffic controllers. All of the above in accordance with the Programme of Requirements in Appendix 4 and the Specification Framework Agreement 2026-090078 in Appendix 5. The Municipality has no obligation to take delivery and does not give a turnover guarantee. However, the Municipality maximises the total scope/value of this Contract (initial term incl. extension options) at € 5,000,000.
