The subject of the contract is the construction of the sewage pumping station P61-1, including the pressure pipeline, gravity sanitary sewer network, section of the water supply network, and the modernisation of the sewage pumping station P61 at ul. Poprzeczna in Żory. The scope of the contract: PHASE I: Construction of the sewage pumping station P61-1, including the pressure pipeline, gravity sanitary sewer network, and a section of the water supply network at ul. Poprzeczna in Żory. 1. Water supply network: PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 17 PN 10 DN/OD 90 [mm] - length 12.00 [m]; PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 17 PN 10 DN/OD 110 [mm] - length 10.50 [m]; 2. Sanitary sewer network: PVC SN8 SDR34 DN/OD 200 [mm] – length 61.0 [m] including a crossing under the Ruda river in a protective pipe PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 11 PN 16 DN/OD 400 [mm]. PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 17 PN 10 DN/OD 160 [mm] - length 175.50 [m]; including a crossing under the existing culvert in a protective pipe PE-HD PE 100 RC SDR 11 PN 16 DN/OD 280 [mm]. Sewage pumping station DN 2500 with complete equipment, ancillary infrastructure, and land development. The existing ground levels may deviate from the ground levels in the design documentation, therefore the levels of the wellhead and the manhole covers must be adjusted to the existing ground. PHASE II: Modernisation of the sewage pumping station P61 at ul. Poprzeczna in Żory. 2. A detailed description and scope of the contract subject is specified in the project documentation attached to the SWZ, including the building permit, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract in accordance with the principles and conditions described in the template contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract subject in accordance with the applicable standards and technical knowledge, specified in particular by the Act of 7 July 1994 on Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418 as amended) with due diligence, proper organisation of work, and safety regulations.
