Slovakia – Construction work – Rekonštrukcia okruhu OS85 a okruhu OS87, Levice

The subject of the order is the reconstruction and optimisation of primary mains and secondary distribution networks on the OS85 and OS87 circuits. These mains are part of the central heat supply in the city of Levice with a classification of effective CZT with a heat supply source of 100% heat supplied by VÚKVET. The project includes the exchange of the hot water connection for OS85, OS86 and OS87, the exchange of secondary mains ÚK, hot water and hot water circulation from the central delivery stations OS85 and OS87 to the connection in the individual objects connected to these circuits. It also includes the exchange of the existing technology of the central delivery stations OS85 and OS87 for a new block with the consideration of occupying minimal space and higher efficiency. The main goal of the project is the modernisation of the CZT system in the city of Levice in the form of the reconstruction of the ÚK and TV heat mains on the OS85 and OS87 circuits and hot water connections. The subject of the order is to ensure on behalf of the purchaser: a) Decision on the building project according to § 20 to § 22 of Act No. 20/2025 Z. z. the Building Act and amending and supplementing certain laws (Building Act) in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") on behalf of the Purchaser. The contractor is obliged to ensure the implementation documentation of the building in full scope and also the operational documentation of the building in full scope, o) ensuring the Decision on the granting of consent for the felling of shrubs, p) ensuring the Permit for test operation/temporary use of the building, q) ensuring the valid, or valid, Completion Certificates for the Reconstruction of circuits OS85 and OS87.
