France – Exhibition centre construction work – Travaux de transformation du Musée de la Carte à Jouer

This contract was awarded through an open procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Code. The contract is a Works contract with a lump sum price for all lots and a mixed price for Lot No. 17 (soclage), including a lump sum part corresponding to the soclage works and a part with purchase orders at unit prices with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 20,000 Euros VAT exclusive over the contract duration, corresponding to the potential mobilization of an additional team, as needed, by the Contracting Authority. Prices are firm and final, possibly subject to revision. The contract is divided into lots pursuant to Articles L2113-10 and R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code and comprises 18 lots: 1 Masonry - Demolitions - Interior Excavation - Slate Roofing - Tiling - Ceramics 2 Metal Framing - Locksmithing 3 Aluminium Curtain Walls - Shading 4 Linings - Partitions - Insulation - Ceilings 5 Parquet Flooring 6 Stone Flooring and Renovation 7 Painting - Cleaning 8 Reception and Shop Furniture 9 HVAC - Plumbing - Sanitary Equipment 10 CTA Replacement 11 Electricity CFO / CFA - Video Surveillance 12 Scenic Design 13 Showcases 14 Graphic Design 15 Audiovisual and Multimedia Equipment 16 Scenic Lighting 17 Soclage 18 Low-Tech Interactive Devices The present CCAP is common to all lots. The contract is not divided into sections pursuant to Articles R.2113-4 to R.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract includes the following potential additional service for Lot No. 3: Replacement of the entire curtain wall of the fault (instead of the two glazing units to be passed through double-opening windows). The contract will take effect from its notification date until the end of the perfect completion guarantee period. The overall duration of the works is 18 months (including the 2-month site preparation period) from the date set by order.
