Poland – Surgical implants – 187/PN/2026 - Dostawa wyrobów medycznych stosowanych w neurochirurgii dla UCK

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices used in neurosurgery for UCK, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted. By a partial tender, it means individual parts determined in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit a tender for any number of parts. 3. The contracting authority requires that the offered assortment, which is a medical device, meets the requirements for medical devices set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the executive acts issued on the basis of this Act.
