Supply of electrical energy for Wodociągi Jaworzno sp. z o.o. The subject of the order is the supply of electrical energy in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law for the needs of Wodociągi Jaworzno sp. z o.o. with an estimated volume of 8 602 350 kWh, for the points of supply according to Annex No. 8 to SWZ in the delivery period, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The start of deliveries to individual points of supply of electrical energy, specified in detail in Annex No. 8 to SWZ, will take place within the timeframe specified in the contract, after the effective termination of the currently valid contract and the positive completion of the supplier change procedure. The Contractor will carry out all the actions and agreements with the OSD necessary to carry out the supplier change procedure and the effective start of the sale of electrical energy, including in particular: the termination of the currently valid contract for the sale of electrical energy (or a comprehensive contract) and the notification to the OSD of the new contract for the sale of electrical energy. The Contractor will carry out these actions on the basis of the relevant power of attorney granted by the Orderer together with the conclusion of the contract. The supply of electrical energy will be for the needs of the objects classified as follows: • electrical energy — tariff B 7 574 387 kWh • electrical energy — remaining 1 027 963 kWh 1. The supply of electrical energy will take place on the terms specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law together with the implementing acts. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the list of points of supply together with the tariff groups, contractual capacities and planned quantities of electrical energy consumption, is contained in Annex No. 8 to SWZ. 2. The selected Contractor must have a contract for the provision of electrical energy distribution services, so-called general distribution contract (GUD) concluded with the local Distribution System Operator (OSD), which enables the sale of electrical energy to recipients in the area of operation of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. 3. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate contracts concluded with local OSDs. The Distribution System Operator for the Orderer is the company TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. 4. The supplied electrical energy must meet the quality parameters and sales standards regulated in the Energy Law.
