Poland – Laboratory reagents – Dostawy przeciwciał, odczynników oraz materiałów eksploatacyjnych do automatycznego barwienia histochemicznego, immunohistochemicznego (IHC) oraz „hybrydyzacji in situ” (ISH) w systemie otwartym lub zamkniętym wraz z dzierżawą aparatów.

The subject of the contract is the supply of antibodies, reagents, and consumables for automatic histochemical, immunohistochemical (IHC), and "in situ hybridization" (ISH) staining in an open or closed system, along with the rental of equipment for the Clinical Department of Pathomorphology of the University Clinical Hospital named after Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszowie, ul. Rycerska 2. 2. The detailed description of the contract items, estimated quantity, and requirements are presented in: Price-offer forms (Annexes no. 1÷3 to SWZ), List of parameters for required equipment and reagents for immunohistochemical IHC/ISH staining - 4 units (Annex no. 4 to SWZ), List of parameters for required equipment and reagents for performing histochemical staining (Annex no. 5 to SWZ), which are integral parts of the SWZ. 3. The requirements regarding the manner of contract execution, in particular the rights and obligations of the Parties, the rules for contract execution, acceptance of the contract items, provision of maintenance services, payment terms, liability of the Parties, and other conditions for contract execution are specified in the Draft Contract Terms, which constitute Annex no. 12 to the SWZ. These documents are integral parts of the Specification of Contract Conditions. 4. The scope of the contract includes the supply of contract items in the quantities specified in the price-offer forms, which are integral parts of the SWZ, for a period of 24 months. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of equivalent offers. 7. The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into parts. Thus, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial offers, as referred to in art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. Reasons for not dividing the contract: The subject of the contract is the purchase of reagents for automatic histochemical, immunohistochemical (IHC), and in situ hybridization (ISH) staining in an open or closed system, along with the rental of equipment for tests for the Clinical Department of Pathomorphology of the Contracting Authority. The offered reagents must be compatible with the offered rental equipment. Dividing the contract into parts would result in technical difficulties and the need to coordinate the actions of different Contractors implementing individual parts of the contract, which could seriously threaten the proper execution of the contract. 8. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE TERM: 1) Contract performance term - for 24 months, from the date of contract signature. 2) The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of changing the contract validity term in case the entire subject of the contract is not realized within the contract period due to the realization of lower contracts – changing the contract requires an annex, with the Contracting Authority unilaterally notifying the Contractor of the proposed contract extension before the expiry of the term for which it was concluded (this does not apply to rental).
