Netherlands – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – Inhuur derden

The contract concerns a joint procurement by the following Frisian municipalities (in alphabetical order): De Fryske Marren, Heerenveen, Ooststellingwerf, Opsterland, Súdwest-Fryslân and Weststellingwerf (hereinafter: the Contracting Authority or Municipalities). With the result being the conclusion of Framework Agreements with one or more Contractors for ‘hire of personnel not in employment’. The contract concerns the supply of temporary workers via employment agencies to support the organisation. The volume of the services to be procured is dependent on the personnel needs during the contract period and can vary due to developments within the organisation. The estimated volume concerns a flexible deployment of personnel during the contract period. No guaranteed number of hours or employees is provided; procurement takes place based on the concrete needs of the organisation.
