Hamstads kommun invites tenders for the procurement of a system for scheduling and attendance for schools and educational activities in accordance with the procurement documents. The ambition is that the system, to the greatest extent possible, should be based on a standard system. The system should be suitable, with or without adaptations, to meet the requirements of basic functionality within the following functional areas. These correspond to the standard that exists in a modern scheduling system on the market today and with good prospects for development. In addition to the right to use the system, the procurement also includes services regarding operation, support and maintenance, implementation and decommissioning.
