The subject of the contract is the construction of a canteen with a kitchen, including accompanying infrastructure, in Łomża. The subject of the contract is described in detail in annexes No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 to SWZ. 2. Place of performance of the contract subject: closed area - Al. Legionów, Łomża, warmińsko-mazurskie. 3. The contractor will provide a guarantee for the contract subject for a period of: 60 months. 4. The contractor will provide a guarantee for the supplied equipment and fittings for a period of: 60 months. 5. The contractor will provide a guarantee of tightness for the reinforced concrete structure made using the "white tub" technology, including sealing any leaks for the underground part of the building for a period of: 60 months. 6. Period of warranty: a) for physical defects: 60 months – according to art. 568 § 1 K.C. b) tightness for the reinforced concrete structure made using the "white tub" technology, including sealing any leaks for the underground part of the building: 60 months. 7. Period of warranty and maintenance of plantings: 36 months. 8. The contractor will carry out free of charge maintenance and inspections of: lifts, heat node technology, sewage pumping stations, mechanical ventilation installations, air conditioning installations, UPS, fire signalling system, smoke extraction system, Menu Board system, public address system, video intercom system and kitchen technology for 60 months from the date of handover of the facility for use. 9. Required contract execution period with material effect: - minimum 1490 days from the date of signing the contract, - maximum 1672 days from the date of signing the contract.
