The subject of the contract includes completion of construction and installation works (CIM) and construction and repair works (CRW) related to the construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of buildings, facilities and open areas belonging to "ВиК" EOOD - City of Ruse, in the ВиК districts of Slivo pole and Shtryaklevo. The Contractor is not guaranteed quantities or duration of activities, with the assignment to be according to the needs of the Contracting Authority for each separate object. The maintenance and repair of the buildings, facilities and open areas of the Contracting Authority include the works described in the template of the price offer, but are not limited to them.
