The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, as defined in the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43), hereinafter referred to as the supply of active electricity, in the forecasted total amount of approximately 35.5 GWh during the contract period for the following Parties to the Agreement: Gmina Liw– acting as the Leader of the Buying Group 1.
