The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of natural gas to the MOSiR facilities in Łódź from the date of signing the contract no earlier than 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The planned consumption of gaseous fuel (high-methane type E) in individual facilities is as follows. 4.2. Planned consumption of gaseous fuel in this period in individual MOSiR facilities: 4.1.1. Sports Hall at ul. Skorupki 21 – 1,708,000 kWh, 4.1.2. Facility at ul. Krańcowej 19 – 154,000 kWh, 4.1.3. Facility at ul. Małachowskiego 5 – 177,000 kWh, 4.1.4. Facility at ul. Głowackiego 10/12 – 44,000 kWh. 4.6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex No. 1 to SWZ and in the essential terms of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ. The contracting authority does not envisage awarding the contract in parts, has waived the division of the contract into parts for technical, organisational and economic reasons.
