Austria – Jacks and vehicle hoists – Neuanschaffung einer Radsatzwechselanlage inkl. Gleisbrücken für Wien Matzleinsdorf ÖBB-TS GmbH

The ÖBB-Technische Services-GmbH intends to procure a replacement wheel-set changing system for the service centre in Vienna Matzleinsdorf. The system is to be designed for the removal and installation of wheel sets on bogies of rail vehicles. The subject of this tender is as follows:

Core Services:

• Mobile, rail-bound wheel-set changer including associated auxiliary rails

• Five pairs of track bridges

• Renewal of the shaft cover of the loading shaft including opening and closing mechanism as well as fall protection

• Complete renewal of the system control

Optional Services:

• Covers for the access points to the work pit, walkable and openable and closable from the hall floor level and the work pit

• Full maintenance contract for a period of 36 months

The scope of the tender includes the complete execution of the project, the planning of the systems, delivery, dismantling of the entire existing system, installation, assembly, CE marking, acceptance and test operation. Furthermore, all permits required for operation are to be obtained and the documentation is to be prepared. Extensive training of the operating and maintenance personnel is also part of the contract.
