The subject of the contract includes the supply of net active low-voltage electrical energy for the needs of Beloslav Municipality, provision of a consumption forecasting service, as well as preparation of schedules by the balancing group coordinator, their submission, correction if necessary of the submitted schedules, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the free electricity market of the contracting authority. The subject of the contract also includes administration of the amounts for the statutorily determined fees, network services and excise duties. The same shall be paid by the contracting authority to the contractor. In this regard, a contract for combined services shall be concluded with the contractor pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 10 and the conditions of Article 20 of the Rules on Trade with Electricity (PTEE). The total forecasted quantity for the supply of electrical energy for a period of 24 months for Separate Position No. 1 is 1060 MWh, and for Separate Position 2 is 660 MWh.
