Slovakia – Natural gas – Dodávka zemného plynu - PSO - Mesto Šaľa 2026/ZP

1.1 The subject of the contract is the regular supply of natural gas to the consumption points of public purchasers, or their legal entities, including the assumption of responsibility for the deviation, distribution and consumption tax in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the operator of the distribution network, for compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operational rules of the operator of the distribution network from 01.01.2027 at 00:00 to 31.12.2029 at 24:00. The exact periods for the individual consumption points of public purchasers and their legal entities are listed in Annex No. 2 – List of Consumption Points and Consumption.
