Czechia – Accommodation cleaning services – Úklidové a pomocné práce v konferenčních a ubytovacích zařízeních 2027-2028

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of comprehensive services for regular cleaning, emergency cleaning and other services in conference and accommodation hotel facilities owned by the contracting authority. The services will be operated year-round, on a 24/7 basis, the plan of required works and required times will be provided (in cooperation with the supplier) on a weekly basis according to the hotel occupancy and the number of planned conference events. Cleaning, washing and disinfecting agents, refills for hygiene systems / containers / dispensers (toilet paper, paper or cloth towels, soap, hand disinfectants etc.), electricity and water consumption, to the extent necessary to fulfill the obligations and essential for the quality performance of cleaning services, will be provided by the contracting authority to the supplier, i.e. their procurement is not part of the subject matter of this public procurement. The public procurement is divided into 3 parts according to the location of the contracting authority's facilities: Part 1 PC – Prague Part 2 PC – KC Liblice Part 3 PC – KC Třešť The supplier is entitled to submit a bid for one, more or all parts of the public procurement. Based on the result of the tendering procedure, a separate contract will be concluded for each part of the PC with one supplier for a fixed period, namely for 2 years from the date the contract comes into effect or until the financial framework is exhausted. The contracting authority will use the services according to its actual current needs in line with the conditions and needs of the operation.
