The subject of this public contract is the performance of activities according to the project documentation titled „Former KOVOŠROT GROUP CZ site, Prague - Dolní Měcholupy, Project documentation for the remediation of old ecological burdens, STAGE 2: WASTE REMOVAL“, prepared in January 2026 by the company ENACON s.r.o., which is Annex No. 3 ZD. The subject of the fulfilment is the 2nd stage of remediation – removal of waste generated from the remediation of the 1st stage at the site of the former premises of the company Kovošrot Group CZ a.s. in Prague – Dolní Měcholupy, now owned by the company Accolade CZ XXVII, s.r.o., a member of the concern. At the end of the first stage of remediation, which is not the subject of the fulfilment, after the completion of waste collection at the interim landfill, the actual quantities of individual types of waste designated for removal in the second stage were determined. These actual quantities are presented in the form of an update in Annex 3.1 Supplement to the remediation project - clarification PD - actual quantities of the 2nd stage. The aim of the work is to remove waste within the scope of the project documentation; implementation of measures for remediation set out in the Decision of ČIŽP OI Prague.
