Germany – Electrical engineering installation works – 24-006-FRR Bildungs- und Begegnungsstätte "ROBBE" / Neubau der Kita - Bauabschnitt 01
Description
Planned in 3 construction phases is the new construction of a two-storey kindergarten (1st phase), the demolition of the existing kindergarten (2nd phase) and the new construction of a two-storey family centre (3rd phase). The site has a three-storey town hall in the western part, and another part of the site is still occupied by a single-storey kindergarten. It is planned that this will be demolished as soon as the new kindergarten can go into operation. The new-build kindergarten and family centre, as well as the existing town hall, will be accessed via a square to the south of Buchbergstrasse. The kindergarten houses 4 group rooms for children under 3 and over 3 on the ground floor, all facing east towards the kindergarten's outdoor areas with their associated ancillary rooms. In the western part of the building, there is a large multi-purpose room, dining hall, kitchen and staff rooms. The administrative offices of the kindergarten form the transition to the single-storey mini-club in the northern part of the building. The mini-club will be used for day care with 2 additional group rooms. Further group rooms are accommodated on the first floor. The layout is similar to the ground floor, with the group rooms facing east with a preceding colonnade, which, together with the external staircase, is designed to serve as an additional outdoor play area in addition to its function as an escape route. A large roof terrace is planned in the southern part of the building. The 1st construction phase includes the new construction of the kindergarten and day care centre and is positioned so that the outdoor areas of the existing kindergarten can be retained and remain in operation to the greatest extent possible, but a separate outdoor area for the new kindergarten can still be created at the eastern boundary of the site. The 2nd construction phase includes the relocation of the existing kindergarten to the new building and the subsequent demolition of the existing kindergarten. The 3rd construction phase concerns the new construction of the family centre in a central location. In this case, the operation of the new kindergarten and its accessibility for the transition phase of the new construction of the family centre are almost unrestricted. Type of operation, of the facility. The new construction of the kindergarten comprises 7 groups - under 3 and over 3 - with a maximum of 147 children on the ground and first floors. Two group rooms are planned for the day care centre/mini-club, where up to 27 children can be cared for during the day. The number of employees amounts to a maximum of 18 people on the ground floor and a maximum of 9 people on the first floor. The kitchens on the ground and first floors will be operated with approx. 4-6 employees. All uses in the kindergarten and day care centre are limited to services.
