The initial contract value is equal to the amount of funds (budget) allocated for purchase (excluding VAT), as indicated in the procurement documents and the Contract for the acquisition of goods. The contract is valid for 24 months, but not longer than the Initial Contract Value is exhausted. If the Initial Contract Value is not exhausted within 24 months from the entry into force of the contract, the contract may be extended for 12 months, but not longer than the Initial Contract Value is exhausted.
