The contracting authority intends to conclude a Purchase Contract as a result of the present procurement procedure. The „Mennyisegi_adatok_foldgaz” named excel file, made available as part of the present documentation, provides for the continuous supply of natural gas energy, procured on a competitive market basis, for the consumption sites listed therein, under a full supply-based contract without scheduling obligations. The service period of the contract, concerning the consumption sites listed in the „Mennyisegi_adatok_foldgaz” named excel file, commences on the day following the signature of the contract at 6:00, with the earliest possible date of entry into force of the contract being 1st October 2026 at 6:00. Expiry date: 1st October 2027 at 6:00. The contracting parties, as well as the qualitative and quantitative statements, are contained in the „Mennyisegi_adatok_foldgaz” named excel file made available as part of the present documentation. • Planned consumption quantity: 12,930,466 kWh in total • Option + 20% = 2,586,093 kWh • Maximum consumption quantity (Planned consumption quantity + option) = 15,516,559 kWh The contracting authority does not undertake any obligation to exercise the option. The supplier must have the license issued by the MEKH for trading in natural gas, no later than the time of contract conclusion. The daily average calorific value may not deviate by more than the contracted calorific value ±5% range, except in the case of non-standard operation at the gas delivery station, or maintenance work notified in due time, or force majeure. The quality of the natural gas complies with the requirements of the MSZ 1648:2016 standard for gas group 2H. The Supplier performs nomination on behalf of the User. The Supplier bears the nomination surcharge and balancing fee resulting from nomination deviations. Technical parameters for the quantity of natural gas expressed in kWh: the energy based on GCV at 25/0°C reference temperature, expressed in kWh. Further details are provided in the technical specification. If the call for tender or any point in the procurement documents makes it necessary to refer to a specific brand, origin, type of goods, procedure, activity, person, or patent or trademark, this must always be interpreted as meaning that the designation was made only to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and must be interpreted as if the expression "or equivalent" also appears next to it.
