The property is located in a residential area in the northern part of Kaufbeuren. In the immediate vicinity, there is a secondary school with a sports field to the west, adjacent to the building plot. To the south, the property borders a church; otherwise, access roads run directly along the boundaries of the property. The construction site is directly accessible from Marktgrafenstraße via a construction road. After completion of the new building in the first construction phase, the second construction phase includes the energy renovation of the existing building. The work on various components mainly involves the renovation of the external envelope surfaces and the renovation of the classrooms in the interior.
