Netherlands – Engineering services – ROVK Ingenieursdiensten civiel technische werken, gemeente Cranendonck

The contract consists of project preparation and/or project management, supervision and direction of civil engineering projects in the municipality of Cranendonck. The engineering firm must be able to accompany the projects from start to completion in the fields of infrastructure, civil and/or geotechnical engineering. These are engineering assignments with an estimated value of up to € 80,000 excluding VAT per sub-assignment. The work to be carried out under this assignment is generic for engineering firms operating in the gww-sector. The work involves various services that do not form a technical entity. For example, an assignment can be given for the preparation of a RAW specification for the reconstruction of a road, or an assignment for direction and supervision in making land suitable for construction. Therefore, with regard to the requested work, there is a combined assignment. The work to be carried out is within the municipal boundaries of Cranendonck and falls under its responsibility. The municipality could, for each sub-assignment, go through a separate tendering process. However, given the value of the sub-assignments, it is precisely chosen to include these in a framework agreement, so that this benefits the efficiency of assignment. This is a combined assignment. A framework agreement will be entered into with one engineering firm. The agreement will be entered into for a period of 4 years. During the selection phase, the draft agreement and accompanying conditions (DNR 2011 including the additional conditions thereto) have been added. Candidates are expected to ask questions about these documents in this phase. If changes to the starting points are possible in the award phase, candidates can still ask questions about these changes.
