1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of natural gas for the Wielkopolskie Centrum Pulmonologii i Torakochirurgii – hospitals in Poznań, Ludwikowo and Chodzież. 2. The subject of the contract is detailed in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which is also the price form, as well as in Annexes 1 abc – collection points and 1A, 1B and 1C, broken down by years 2026 and 2027. 3. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting partial tenders. Reason for not splitting the contract: The subject of the contract is not divided into parts for organisational, technical and economic reasons. Splitting the contract would result in excessive technical difficulties and execution costs, as well as the need to coordinate the actions of different contractors implementing the contract.
