France – Construction work for airports – Travaux anticipés du projet MADAPTE T1 - Aéroport Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes (Aéroport Maryse Condé)

Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sums. The present contract concerns the implementation of the anticipated works (phase PRO-TA) prior to the modernisation and adaptation of Terminal 1. These works prepare the site for the main operations and include, in particular: - the equipment and connection to the new technical building (BATECH); - the relocation of airport service providers and services whose premises must be vacated, including the installation and connection of temporary modular buildings (city side and runway side); - interventions on stormwater/retention basins; - demolition works; - the diversion and adaptation of networks; - interior fittings and associated architectural lots (including the specific project for the pharmacy). The works are carried out on an operational and occupied airport site, with the continuity of activities maintained and strict phasing.
