Delivery of annual and perennial flowers, indoor plants, decorative shrubs and trees, and other landscaping materials for the needs of Stara Zagora Municipality

Separate Position No. 1: „Delivery of flower seedlings for biennial, summer-flowering and perennial flowers, seeds, indoor plants, grass mixtures, grass seed and other landscaping materials“ The quantity of the goods is determined by a representative of the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs. The subject of Separate Position No. 1 is executed through periodic deliveries. The request contains the specified type and number of flowers and decorative plants. The delivery of the deliveries, subject to the present order, is made within 24 hours, from receipt of the request. The delivery is confirmed with a proper acceptance protocol, signed by representatives of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and the CONTRACTOR. The seedlings for seasonal flowers must be produced from certified seeds. The seedlings for seasonal flowers must be grown in a pot with a size of 9 or larger, with a well-developed root system. The plants must have sufficient leaf mass and over 60% of the flowers in bloom at the time of delivery and must be in good overall condition.

Separate Position No. 2: „Delivery of decorative trees, shrubs and grasses“ The specified heights of the seedlings and the capacity of the containers are minimum. The quantity of the goods is determined by a representative of the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs. The seedlings of decorative shrubs and trees must be grown in the container in which they are delivered for at least 6 months, must meet the minimum sizes (height, container size and stem circumference for decorative and broad-leaved trees), specified in the technical specification. The seedlings of decorative shrubs and trees must be healthy, undamaged by diseases or pests. The deliveries of container plants are requested at any time of the year. The plants are requested as needed. The subject of Separate Position No. 2 is executed through periodic deliveries. The deadline for executing each request under the contract is 24 hours, from receipt of the request. The request contains the specified type and number of decorative trees, shrubs and grasses. The types, characteristics, requirements and conditions subject to each of the separate positions are specified in the Technical Specification.
