Poland – Postal services – Świadczenie usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym na potrzeby PWPW S.A.

1. Acceptance, sorting, movement and delivery of postal items (hereinafter: "Items") and any returns of undelivered items to the agreed places by the contracting parties after exhausting all possibilities of their delivery or issue to the Contracting Authority, 2. Additional services including: a) collection from the Contracting Authority's organizational units of ordered postal items along with sender documentation and return of confirmed sender documentation (sender's book) with confirmation of its execution, b) delivery of return receipts for items, after their successful delivery, c) provision of real-time online monitoring of tracked items, enabling the Contracting Authority to locate tracked items in real-time according to the Contractor's data (item tracking number) without incurring additional costs (i.e. the service should be generally available to the Contracting Authority without the need to purchase additional equipment, software and other restrictions), d) enabling the dispatch and receipt of items by authorized employees of the Contracting Authority directly from the Contractor's premises (in case such a situation arises).
