This contract will require, for Lot 1 relating to the transport of bulky materials (cable and polyethylene pipe reels with a diameter of ± 4 m, transformers from 160 to 650 kVA, tubes up to 14 m in length and public lighting equipment), the provision of semi-trailer trucks equipped with handling equipment as well as the following specific trailers, essential for the proper execution of the contract: • a trailer of the "stilt", drawer or low-loader type, with its tractor, intended for the transport of polyethylene pipe reels. This type of trailer allows loading and unloading operations without the use of a crane thanks to a pneumatic suspension that allows the chassis to be lowered and the reel(s) to be rolled into the trailer; • a flatbed trailer, with a tractor equipped with a crane fitted with a spreader, intended for the transport of 14 m tubes; • two trailers intended for the transport of cable reels, with a tractor equipped with a crane allowing unloading at a reach of 10 meters and having a minimum payload of 5 tonnes. This contract will require, for Lot 2 relating to the transport of less bulky materials, the provision of rigid distribution box type trucks or flatbed trucks equipped with handling equipment, essential for the proper execution of the contract, namely: • four rigid distribution box type trucks, 8 meters long and 2.50 meters high, with a capacity of 21 pallets, equipped with a tail lift with a minimum capacity of 1 tonne and having a minimum payload of 12 tonnes. Each truck will be equipped with a pallet truck; • an uncurtained flatbed truck, 8 meters long, with a minimum payload of 15 tonnes and equipped with a crane allowing unloading at a reach of 10 meters, with a minimum payload of 5 tonnes; • a City or Urban type truck, with a capacity of 27 pallets and a height of 2.50 meters, equipped with a tail lift with a minimum capacity of 1 tonne and having a minimum payload of 15 tonnes.
