Romania – Repair and maintenance services – Servicii de mentenanta necesare a fi efectuate la echipamentele din cazarma 3040 Bucuresti

Object of the contract: awarding a framework agreement for the provision of maintenance services, in accordance with the requirements set out in the award documents. The technical equipment for which the candidate must provide maintenance services includes the following systems:

• Air-conditioning system

• Water filtration and potability system

• Fire detection and extinguishing system

• Water-cooled chiller air-conditioning and cooling system

• Electrical system

• Closed-circuit television (CCTV) system

• CBRN system

The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of applications: 10. Where requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the above period, the contracting authority's response to these requests will be transmitted by the contracting authority clearly, completely and unambiguously, as soon as possible, to any clarification requested, within a period that should not normally exceed 3 working days from receipt of such a request from the economic operator. Responses to clarification requests regarding the award documentation in Stage I will be published by the contracting authority in SEAP, in the "clarifications" section of the participation notice (address www.e-licitatie.ro). To be informed of any clarification requests regarding the award documentation in this stage and the relevant responses, candidates have the obligation to permanently consult the "documentation and clarifications" section of the participation notice published in SEAP.
