Framework agreement for preventive maintenance services for the equipment and systems related to the DATA CENTER-HUB service infrastructure, its secondary site, and the DR/BC component of the data centre, as well as the two locations related to DATA CENTER SIIEASC, for 48 months. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarifications requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
