The subject of this tender procedure is: Delivery of specialist medical equipment for specialist clinics to improve the quality of healthcare services at the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Łódź (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), in accordance with the type and quantities specified in the “Price List Form” which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the “Offer Form” which is Annex 1 to the SWZ and meeting the boundary parameters specified in Annex “Technical Parameters” - Annex 1a to the Offer Form and in accordance with Annex “Warranty and Service Conditions” - Annex 1b to the Offer Form. 2. The order is divided into 3 parts (packages). 3. The subject of the order includes the delivery of: 3.1. Package 1 - Dental units, 3.2. Package 2 – EMG, 3.3. Package 3 – EEG.
