France – Benefit services – MAINTENANCE DES ENGINS FERROVIAIRES DEDIES AUX TRAVAUX ET AU NETTOYAGE DES VOIES DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS (4 LOTS)

1/ The consultation is divided into the following four lots: Lot 1 Maintenance services for work trains; Lot 2 Maintenance services for rail-road sweepers; Lot 3 Maintenance services for rail-road excavators; Lot 4 Maintenance services for autonomous trolleys. 2/ The present public contracts are awarded under a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Public Procurement Code. These are framework agreements as defined in Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for needs for which not all contractual stipulations are set out in the framework agreement documents. 3/ Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, the public contracts are awarded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over their duration (5 years), namely: Lot 1: 8,500,000 euros excl. VAT; Lot 2: 500,000 euros excl. VAT; Lot 3: 1,000,000 euros excl. VAT; Lot 4: 1,000,000 euros excl. VAT. 4/ These are public service contracts that refer to the General Administrative Provisions Applicable to Public Contracts for Supplies and Services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the Order of 30 March 2021. 5/ The duration of each framework agreement is five years firm, from the date of notification.
